KIM NAYLOR

President

Over 25 years ago, Kim Naylor started her own conferences, meetings and incentive event company, Naylor Event Management (NEM). NEM was a Toronto based event Management Company with a specialization in providing innovative and exclusive corporate solutions involving reward and incentive programs, conferences, corporate retreats and major sporting events. Kim built NEM from scratch into a multi-million-dollar success story. NEM made a strong name for itself in corporate hospitality by employing the best people, designing the most creative solutions and producing “awesome end results.” In August 2002, Pareto acquired her award-winning business through which it commenced its event management division. Kim went on to run the event/incentive divisions of Pareto until October 2013. She acquired and grew many national accounts through her strategic approach in driving results.

As strategy goes, Kim thinks at 50,000 feet, with the added ability of making things happen at ground level. Kim brings over 25+ years of experience working shoulder-to- shoulder with blue chip brands, helping them build their businesses and reward their stakeholders. At Fenix, Kim leads teams that are responsible for developing program strategies and implementing plans across target accounts. Her role is that of key strategic advisor on all solutions for all of the company’s clients and delivery capabilities and the overall success of Fenix’s business.

JANET GOUGH

Executive Vice President

Janet Gough brings over 35+ years of Incentive and Travel Industry experience to Fenix Event Management. Janet leads the incentive team in the design, production and execution of unique, customized programs around the world that align with our customer’s business objectives that drive results. The depth and breadth of her relationships and partnerships with Fortune 500 customers ensure her a seat at the table to achieve strategic business solutions. Janet’s passion is her customer; thus, she ensures that every program provides one-of- a-kind, unique experiences to all.

Seasoned experience and an endless network of suppliers make Janet an excellent negotiator – she is not satisfied until she provides the best product at the best value to her customers.

Janet is known for her poise and professionalism and is involved with programs from inception to delivery. Her superior customer service and attention to detail is legendary and reflects Fenix standards of excellence.

LISA WERNER

VP Operations

Lisa Werner brings just under 25 years of client service experience to Fenix. As VP of Operations, Lisa balances attention to detail with big picture thinking. She is dedicated to execution excellence and has a proven track record of client success. From innovative branding and technologically advanced strategy development to an extensive client base spanning the incentives, events, pharmaceutical and tech industries, Lisa’s flexible nature and proactive way of thinking drives success throughout the organization and the Operations team that she manages. She is an expert negotiator and a consummate professional - demonstrating results in dynamic and high-pressure situations - but most importantly, Lisa delivers results.
