As strategy goes, Kim Naylor thinks at 50,000 feet, with the added ability of making things happen at ground level. Having built her own businesses from the ground up and expand the division of a multi-national company, Kim knows what it takes to make things happen.

Kim is strategic advisor on all of the company’s clients and delivery capabilities and believes in employing the best people, crafting creative solutions and producing “awesome end results.”

Janet Gough brings over 30 years of Incentive and Travel Industry experience to Fenix. Janet leads the Travel Incentive team in the design, production and execution of unique, customized programs around the world that align with our customer’s business objectives.

Known for her poise and professionalism, Janet is involved with programs from inception to their flawless delivery.  Her superior customer service and attention to detail is legendary and reflects Fenix standards of excellence.
